We Will Create a More Brilliant Future
It all started back in 1994 when we had only 1 person in China, a sales person. We come a long way since then when we came here to research the China market and to find a suitable foothold for Andrew. At that time, China's telecom market was not mature, and the deci-sion of establishing factories in China appeared to be a risky one. In fact, the big debate back in Chicago was India that was actually budgeted to be 1st. But a trip was made by all and it was a crane decision. We looked around and saw cranes working everywhere in China. In Suzhou, we surprised to find a flourishing town. We also saw that this was a place with a rich supply of human re-sources. Equally as important was the government's strong support for cross border investment projects though at time SIPAC was located in a small office across from the Bamboo Grove Hotel, the enthusiasm and vision became part of ours. From all these factors, we knew that everything in this city was growing and getting better and the future would be very promising! Today, Andrew has undergone great changes in China. Now as you can tell, we have developed a great team of more than 2,000 people. We transformed the strategy of "Producing for China" into "Researching and Developing Advanced Tech-nologies for China" as well as for the world. We are so proud of the achievements Andrew China has made in the past decade.I was very proud of being a-mong those who made the decision to come here. This was because the decision not only resulted in what Andrew has achieved in China, but also played a far reaching role in the world. In the future, with the support of the Chinese government, our customers, as well as the efforts of Andrew employees, we will create a more brilliant future!
